Norwood home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Norwood rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 30.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 185 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,500 - a 24.6% increase over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Norwood in the first half of 2017.
