Miami Township home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Miami Township rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 49%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 15.2% increase over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Miami Township in the second half of 2017.
