Lockland home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Lockland rose by $18,500 while total sales increased by 45.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,500 - a 37.8% increase over the $49,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Lockland in 2018.
