Lockland home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Lockland rose by $31,250 while total sales increased by 64.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,250 - a 78.1% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Lockland in the second half of 2018.
