Cincinnati home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Cincinnati rose by $500 while total sales increased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 944 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,000 - a 0.4% increase over the $120,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 910 homes sold in Cincinnati in the fourth quarter of 2018.
