Silverton home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Silverton fell by $22,750 while total sales increased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,500 - a 13.9% decrease over the $163,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Silverton in the fourth quarter of 2018.
