Silverton home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Silverton fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,500 - a 11% decrease over the $159,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Silverton in November 2018.
