Sycamore Township home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Sycamore Township fell by $17,450 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 10.4% decrease over the $167,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sycamore Township in November 2018, as well.
