Silverton home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Silverton rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,500 - a 0.3% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Silverton in September 2018.
