Cincinnati home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $18,450 while total sales decreased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 276 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,950 - a 14.9% increase over the $123,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 314 homes sold in Cincinnati in March 2019.
