Norwood home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Norwood rose by $36,300 while total sales increased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,800 - a 26.8% increase over the $135,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Norwood in the first quarter of 2019.
