Cost of college went up for all students at Cincinnati Christian University

Tuition and fees rose 1.2 percent for 2018-19 at Cincinnati Christian University, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Ohio students paid $17,228 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $200 more than the $17,028 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 115 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.1 million and 91 students took out student loans totaling more than $538,320.

Including all undergraduates (776), 500 students used grants or scholarships totaling $5.4 million, and 390 students took out $2.7 million in federal student loans.
