Median home prices in Springfield Township fell to $99,000 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Springfield Township fell by $22,750 while total sales decreased by 43.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,000 - a 18.7% decrease over the $121,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Springfield Township in February 2020.
