Miami Township home prices fell in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Miami Township fell by $13,001 while total sales increased by 160%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,999 - a 7.1% decrease over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Miami Township in February 2020.
