Median home prices in Golf Manor fell to $120,000 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Golf Manor fell by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 7% decrease over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Golf Manor in the first half of 2020.
