Cincinnati median home prices rose by 13.8% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $20,050 while total sales increased by 30.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 2,261 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $144,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,732 homes sold in Cincinnati in the first half of 2020.
