On July 8, Investing for Good LLC purchased a commercial property at 726 E. McMillan Ave., Cincinnati from Rjm McMillan Street Properties for $325,000.

So far in July 2021, 100 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jen Penn, 34, was the only registered voter residing at 726 E. McMillan Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
