Harrison home prices rose in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Harrison rose by $93,750 while total sales decreased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,500 - a 56.2% increase over the $166,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Harrison in June 2020.
