What happened to the median home price in Groesbeck during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Groesbeck rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Groesbeck in the second quarter of 2020.
