Rising home prices in Silverton in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Silverton rose by $26,900 while total sales decreased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,900 - a 17.6% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Silverton in the second quarter of 2020.
