How did home prices perform in Harrison during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Harrison rose by $34,750 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,750 - a 21.6% increase over the $161,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Harrison in the second quarter of 2020.
