Miami Township home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Miami Township rose by $57,300 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 34.7% increase over the $165,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Miami Township in the second quarter of 2020.
