The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Anderson Township increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Anderson Township rose by $34,500 while total sales increased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 159 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Anderson Township in the second quarter of 2020.
