On July 15, Joanna C Brown purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1110 Egan Hills Drive, Cincinnati from Brandon S. and Cecilia Russell for $315,000.

So far in July 2021, 254 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Cecilia Vaughan Russell has been registered to vote since 2016. Brandon Scott Russell has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
