This home last sold on Aug. 5, 2015 for $86,000.

So far in July 2021, 43 properties sold in Anderson Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kristin Lauren Hawkins, 28, was the only registered voter residing at 1248 Bondick Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
