On July 20, Nicklaus Browinng and Hubbard Courtney sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 5837 Skyline Drive, Cincinnati to Keri Ann Finnell for $260,000.

This home last sold for $150,000 on Sept. 6, 2016.

So far in July 2021, 415 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5837 Skyline Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Angela Wright Brandes, 34, and Jason Grant Brandes, 34.
