This home last sold for $415,500 on July 3, 2018.

So far in July 2021, 546 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Scott M Gausling, 37, was the only registered voter residing at 1749 Hanfield St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
