On July 28, Yvonne Scurlock purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3391 Anaconda Drive, Cincinnati from Pierre Andrew Brooks and Sibert-Brooks Sandra for $165,000.

This home last sold for $65,000 on Jan. 7, 2021.

So far in July 2021, 546 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Preston Parnell, 77, was the only registered voter residing at 3391 Anaconda Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
