On July 28, Paul (trustee) and Heidi McKay (trustee) purchased a property at 579 Evanswood Place, Cincinnati from Robert Siegfried for $302,500.

The last time this property sold was Aug. 9, 2005. It last sold for $253,000.

So far in July 2021, 598 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Robert Dock Siegfried has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 579 Evanswood Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert Dock Siegfried, 61, Megan Dufrane Tyrka, 36, and Lora May Siegfried, 62.
