On July 23, Joshua M. Marasco sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3446 Cardiff Ave., Cincinnati to Chase E Summerlin for $399,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 12, 2020 for $272,500.

So far in July 2021, 598 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Emily Harlamert, 42, was the only registered voter residing at 3446 Cardiff Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
