This home last sold on Oct. 16, 2017 for $18,333.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1625 Dauner Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Thomas Alferd Jones, 41, and Beatrice M Jackson, 90.
