On Aug. 16, Raineth IV Cincinnati LLC sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3155 Sunshine Ave., Cincinnati to Cincinnati Webb I LLC for $665,385.

This home last sold on Nov. 12, 2014 for $22,680.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 3155 Sunshine Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kelci C Lee, 32, Travis M Dooley, 33, and Shania Marie Conrad, 25.
