On Aug. 16, Cincinnati Webb I LLC purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 755 Woodlawn Ave., Cincinnati from Raineth IV Cincinnati LLC for $665,385.

The last time this home sold was April 8, 2015. It last sold for $5,500.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 755 Woodlawn Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alasja Jemai Housley, 32, Candace C Southers, 39, and Victor L Isaac, 38.
