On Aug. 16, Raineth II B Cincinnati LLC sold their two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1134 Wells St., Cincinnati to Cincinnati Webb I LLC for $976,997.

This home last sold for $25,000 on May 27, 2014.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Thomas J Reese, 61, was the only registered voter residing at 1134 Wells St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
