On Aug. 16, Raineth IV Cincinnati LLC sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3642 Glenway Ave., Cincinnati to Cincinnati Webb I LLC for $665,385.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 13, 2015. It last sold for $12,000.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Zackary Leon Kilby, 30, was the only registered voter residing at 3642 Glenway Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
