On Aug. 16, Raineth II B Cincinnati LLC sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1261 Beech Ave., Cincinnati to Cincinnati Webb I LLC for $976,997.

This home last sold for $12,000 on Aug. 15, 2013.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1261 Beech Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dennis R Bell, 43, and Bobbie Jo Brown, 43.
