On Aug. 14, Loochvision LLC sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1974 Kinney Ave., Cincinnati to David Suey III for $220,000.

This home last sold on April 2, 2020 for $70,000.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1974 Kinney Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cydnee Mae McCommons, 32, Jennie McCommons, 29, and William H McCommons, 71.
