This home last sold for $129,000 on June 16, 2020.

So far in September 2021, 58 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5805 Chandler St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kelvin N Jones, 49, and Lawrence Lindsey, 35.
