On Sept. 13, Michelle Mayer sold their four bedroom, one bathroom home at 5733 Whitney Ave., Cincinnati to Jeff and Nicolette Lanagham Miller for $335,000.

This home last sold on April 9, 2019 for $222,500.

So far in September 2021, 142 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Ty a Stinson, 40, was the only registered voter residing at 5733 Whitney Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
