On Sept. 10, Holly Saylor sold their property at 440 Morrvue Drive, Cincinnati to Thomas Willwerth for $185,000.

The last time this property sold was July 7, 2015. It last sold for $107,500.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Brandi Caldwell Henderson, 43, was the only registered voter residing at 440 Morrvue Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
