On Sept. 20, Briskman Real Estate LLC purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom commercial property at 4976 Shirley Place, Cincinnati from Joseph Smith for $90,000.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Christopher a Copenhaver, 41, was the only registered voter residing at 4976 Shirley Place as of Oct. 10, 2020.
