The four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 821 McPherson Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Sept. 14 by Key West Properties Inc. for $190,000. The buyer was Sima Khosravi Namei (trustee).

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 821 McPherson Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lydia Marie Francis, 22, Kristi Ann Francis Cave, 57, and Kayla Anne Francis, 29.
