On Sept. 20, Gods Bible School College & Missionary and Training Home purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 548 Carmalt St., Cincinnati from Kenneth R. Farmer for $125,000.

This home last sold for $41,200 on July 1, 2009.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 548 Carmalt St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jessica Lenee Maloyed, 34, Carlton Clayton Farmer, 40, and Jacqueline a Pettit, 38.
