On Sept. 20, Qd Living LLC sold their two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1615 Neilson Place, Cincinnati to Armand Lee Rivers for $225,000.

The last time this home sold was March 1, 2021. It last sold for $120,000.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1615 Neilson Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alfonzo M Lenzly, 33, and Rachel Nicole Raven, 35.
