On Sept. 21, Elis and Erin Sullivan Lopez purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 3731 Woodland Ave., Cincinnati from Cassandra and Zachary Burns for $599,000.

This home last sold for $350,000 on Nov. 14, 2018.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3731 Woodland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marsha Kay Burton, 49, and James S Burton, 54.
