On Sept. 20, Christian D. Quincy purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 2202 Ravine St., Cincinnati from Quinn Taylor Savage for $270,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 4, 2017. It last sold for $143,000.

So far in September 2021, 466 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2202 Ravine St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christopher Lee Shadix, 31, and Kenneth C Campbell, 53.
