On Sept. 20, Corr Investments LLC purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 5512 Ravenna St., Cincinnati from Paul R. Schweppe and Grouse Siann for $135,400.

This home last sold on Jan. 4, 2002 for $23,500.

So far in September 2021, 466 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Allison Nichole Grouse, 31, was the only registered voter residing at 5512 Ravenna St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
