The four bedroom, one bathroom home at 1731 Llanfair Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Sept. 14 by Sheila F Jefferson for $359,150. The buyer was Patricia Michelle Jones.

So far in September 2021, 622 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Steveland W Anderson, 40, was the only registered voter residing at 1731 Llanfair Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
