On Sept. 30, Janice K Peak sold their four bedroom, one bathroom home at 2896 McKinley Ave., Cincinnati to Christina Pierson for $338,000.

So far in September 2021, 622 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Janice K Peak has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2896 McKinley Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Janice K Peak, 67, and Donald J Peak, 68.
