The commercial property at 5827 Monfort Hills Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Sept. 27 by Liberty Bell Properties LLC for $200,000. The buyer was Jonathon Dunford.

This commercial property last sold on Sept. 10, 2020 for $125,000.

So far in September 2021, 622 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 5827 Monfort Hills Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donald Leroy Helton, 35, Harold James Gilliam, 56, Tracey M Clemons, 50, William M Samuels, 66, Seleven Gilliam, 91, and Ebonie D Grier, 29.
